Description
NIST is seeking applications from Congressionally identified entities for extramural construction projects, to be funded by NIST, in accordance with H.R. 6938, the " Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act, 2026 ,” Public Law 119-74 (January 23, 2026).
Eligibility
This NOFO is for a non-competitive award to support “Community Projects Funding” identified by Congress and listed in the Joint Explanatory Statement accompanying Public Law 119-74. The only eligible applicants for this NOFO are the entities identified below in Section IV. Applicant Projects.
